Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders received. To be eligible, the item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.
Refunds
Once verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method promptly. Shipping charges (PKR 199) are non-refundable unless the issue was on our side.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
